These terms govern your use of mapilengpass.com, run by Ma Pi Leng Pass, Dong Van Commune, Tuyen Quang Province, Vietnam. Tour bookings are governed by our Booking Terms.

1. Independent operator

We are an independent private tour operator. We are not connected with the Dong Van Karst Plateau UNESCO Global Geopark, the authorities of Tuyen Quang Province, the operators of the Nho Que boats, or any government body, and nothing on this site speaks for them.

2. Information on this site

We keep travel information — road conditions, permits, ticket prices, boat times, seasons — as accurate as we can, but third parties can change them without notice. Your written booking confirmation is the version that applies to your tour.

3. Content and copyright

Text, images, logos and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may share links and short quotations with credit; please do not copy whole pages or images without asking.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to access other people’s bookings, or send automated requests that disrupt it.

5. Liability and law

The site is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from using the information on it outside a confirmed booking. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
